Your New Job Title:     Carrier Account Manager - Japanese speaker

Who You'll Be Working for: IT/ Telecom company
What You'll be Doing Each Day:
- Master and detailed planning, development and production of quotations for customers
- Quotation and Pre-sales activity, including support and lead of RFPs in terms of quotation
- Fully understand customer's requirement and provide quotes that are appropriate
- Make proposal documents and include quotation
- Coordinate internally to produce quotation. Independent working required and to take lead on solutions.
- Create a database of carrier SLAs and use this to obtain recompense due to any failure
- Visit and receive Carrier representatives and to propose working relationship. Make presentations for partner carriers customer
- Establish good relationships with colleagues in Europe, vendors, customers & potential customers to increase business opportunities
- Vendor/Carrier negotiation and control
- Maintain and update database of carriers
- Create and maintain database of prices and price book(s) and KPI tracking of network business
- Create handover document for quotes
- Create and maintain database of MSAs and NDAs of partner carriers
- Check first pricing quotes and work with Provisioning team to move quote to provisioning phase

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
·Strong work experience in Data keeping and management of Carrier or ISP relationships
·Strong work experience in both carrier relations management and quotation and sales of Network services
·Good experience of carrier relations and quotation/pricing, especially from a telecoms carrier point of view
·Must be bi-lingual: Japanese and English fluency as the post requires direct communication with both Japan HQ and other Japanese entities
·Must be used to dealing with urgent requests
·Knowledge and excellent proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
·Strong time management/multi tasking and organisational skill
·Reliable time keeping & attendance.
·Written & Oral Japanese are quired

Job status:        Full-time/ Permanent
Start date:       ASAP
Working hours: 37.5hours/week. 09:00-17:30
