Your New Job Title:     Japanese Speaking Administrator
The Skills You'll Need:    Administration, accounting assistant, finance
Your New Salary:      £20,000 - 22,000
Location:         The City, London

Who You'll Be Working for: Financial institution.
What You'll be Doing Each Day:
1) Company Expenses
· Check the details of received invoices and make inquiries if there are any discrepancies in them
· Make out cheques and send them to claimants
· Make out invoices and send them to payers
· Make manual journals and input them into MIS system
· Make weekly payment schedule and manage balance of bank account for expenses
· Check balance of company budget
· Keep records of expenses

2) Administration/ Reception
· Receive incoming mail, sort and distribute them to staffs, Send outgoing mail
· Arrange courier
· Record and administer use of stamps
· Telephone take calls and transfer them to the right person
· Lead guests to the office
· Serve guests drink and clear the table after meeting

3) Team Support
· Arrangement for a business trip: Make a schedule and a reservation for hotel, flight, train, etc. Settle traveling expenses paid by staff
· Arrangement for customer entertainment: Make reservation for restaurant, Make and send invitation letters to guests, Settle entertainment expenses paid by staff

4) Reports and forms
· Making periodic reports to HQ
· Making daily reports
· Making VAT return form

5) Others
· Filing and binding of documents
· Keeping the office neat and tidy
· Administration of stationery, kitchen utensil, etc
· Preparation for meetings
· Making and sending company letters
· Clerical works for staffs’ payroll
· Clerical works for personnel changes
· Clerical works for staffs’ houses
· Making inquiries to contractors
· Dealing with problems of building, machinery, etc
· Investigation of expenses for education, accommodation, etc
· Administer company’s Home Page

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Mother tongue level of Japanese and fluent English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Packages
- Experience as an Administrator in Finance is preferable
- Professional attitude towards work.
- Good communication skills
- Willing to help attitude

Job status:    Permanent/ Full time
Start date:    ASAP
Working hours:  09:00-17:00
