Who You'll Be Working for: Well-respected Global IT company.

What You'll be Doing Each Day:
· Managing billing data, internal reporting, order management, cost / PL tracking, invoice control
· Create billing data - Tracking customer service order information from sales/ delivery team to reflect it into the billing data creation.
· Checking all purchase invoices from vendors
· Create/ update / submit product KPI reports
· Inventory check and market research of competitors
· To register / maintain sales / costs data to track product P&Ls
· To support team members in all product areas as requested (in accordance with product evolution)

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
· Proficiency in Japanese (both oral and written) at the business level
· Excellent computer and communication skills for both internal and external liaison
· Good experience in financial admin works
· Good team player
· Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
· Flexibility to work outside normal contract hours when necessary
· Good Excel & other MS-Office software (especially Excel such as vlookup. etc)
· Good time management skills

Status:        Permanent/ Full-time
Work hour:  09:00 - 17:30
Start date:  ASAP
