Your New Job Title: Administrative Assistant, London

The Skills You'll Need: English fluent with some Mandarin is bonus. Solid admin experience. Accountancy experience is desirable

Who You'll Be Working for: Subsidiary of an international bank

  • are fluent in English with some Mandarin
  • have solid Admin experience

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

1. Administrative affairs

  • Meeting arrangements. Including setting meeting room, receiving guests/visitors/attendees, preparing meeting facilities, drafting Minutes of Meeting (when needed) etc.;
  • Staff travel booking and arrangement;
  • Assisting managers in drafting/preparing document when needed;

2. Assisting finance manager (now base in China) in preparing VAT, CIS returns and internal approval forms etc.;

3. Document archive and management, including HR records, company compliance records etc.;

4. Other temporary tasks may be instructed by the managers.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • English fluent to native level with some Mandarin;
  • Right to work full-time in the UK;
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner;
  • Self-motivated with team-building skills;
  • Accountancy experience is desirable;

Job status: Permanent

Start date: ASAP

Working hours: 9 to 5
