Who You'll Be Working for: IT Support and Services
What You'll be Doing Each Day:
Report to HR Manager.
Support the HR Manager in all HR activity, designed to facilitate the organisation’s growth and business goals by maximising employee performance. This is a new role with room for the right candidate to develop the position over time. Candidates interested in developing new processes and making changes for the benefit of the company and its employees as the business looks towards future growth would suit this role well.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Thorough and up‐to‐date knowledge of UK HR, best practices and Employment Law
- Understanding of Japanese culture and how it appears in communication and business
- Highly competent user of Microsoft Office
- CIPD Qualification (Preferred)
- Japanese and German language skills (Preferred)
Job status: Permanent (Part-time hours)
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 20hrs p/w flexible
