Who You'll Be Working for: International Logistics


What You'll be Doing Each Day:


  • Dealing with all modes of freight, dealing with imports operations for sea and air shipments.
  • Ensuring you are managing all aspects of the import process
  • Completing the custom procedures ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Managing customer issues and the ability to deal with minor issues, disputes or complaints
  • Any other duties as required by management for the smooth and efficient operation of the department


The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written in Japanese
  • Must have experience in either export or imports or both Imports is preferred
  • Have customs clearance knowledge (ideal)
  • A good understanding of the terms and endorsements of BOL's(ideal)
  • Understand incoterms and associated freight rate calculations
  • Excellent attention to detail and helpful nature
  • Be flexible and able to work in a team
  • Strong PC literacy including Word & Excel


Job status:           Permanent. Full-time

Start date:            ASAP
