Location: Egham, Surrey
Duration: Long term temp assignment until 19th June 2020
Pay rate: £9.69 for the first 12 weeks then increasing to £11.10 (equivalent of up to £21,645 per annum)

Our client a FMCG company are looking for someone to do basic administration for a Business Leader, and/or a team, including: expense, mail, phone calls management etc. You will also support a business team who manage Contract Manufacturing. The job will include the raising of purchase orders and resolving issues with regards to outstanding invoices. Support of the site leaders in general administrative tasks such as raising of disposal orders, analyzing stock data, develop and maintain tracking systems, lead small projects across multi functional teams.

You must have the following skills in order to be successful:

  • MS Office including Excel
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate with personnel outside of the company
  • Have basic project management skills and be able to work autonomously.
  • Strong Admin skills
  • Strong organisational skills
