Job status:                      Temporary - One month initially, maybe longer
Start date:                      ASAP
Working hours:               37.5hr week.    

Who You'll Be Working for: A major fashion brand.

What You'll be Doing Each Day:
The Supply Chain Excellence team is leading the implementation of Supply Chain Brexit mitigations and the definition of strategic next steps. You will be actively involved in the successful running of the Brexit Supply Chain Project Room and may also get involved in the implementation of wider Supply Chain Brexit mitigations.


  • Complete administrative duties necessary to prepare for Brexit Supply Chain-focused meetings/workshops, including presentation material preparation and information gathering
  • Prepare and circulate timely and accurate meeting notes for Brexit Supply Chain-focused meetings/workshops
  • Maintain Brexit Supply Chain Project Room trackers and other Supply Chain Brexit mitigation project management documents
  • Complete Brexit Supply Chain SharePoint site administration
  • Chair ad hoc Brexit Supply Chain-focused meetings/workshops
  • Support Supply Chain Excellence Senior Project Manager with activities required to ensure timely Supply Chain action completion
  • Proactively flag risks, issues and dependencies to Supply Chain Excellence Senior Project Manager
  • Collaborate with IT and other teams outside of Supply Chain to link Supply Chain-related activities with IT and wider Business dependencies
  • Perform any relevant operational based tasks
  • Perform data analysis to support the decisions making

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed: 

  • Retail / Fashion industry knowledge/experience
  • Supply chain experience
  • Junior project work experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of MS Office toolset and appreciation of SharePoint as a data repository and workflow tool
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information succinctly and concisely
  • Proven experience delivering in a time pressured environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and work effectively with others at all levels across the business
  • Ability to collect and analyse data, and clearly communicate the findings to various audiences
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and ensure accuracy in handling data, reporting, and the presentation of recommendations
