Job status:                     Three month contract initially, potentially longer
Start date:                      ASAP
Working hours:               37.5 hours per week

Who You'll Be Working for:
One of the largest and most well respected luxury fashion brands in the world.

What You'll be Doing Each Day:
This role is focused on data held and processed for Customs Bonded Warehousing. As part of a supply chain system upgrade, you will be responsible for identifying discrepancies in data held on software being phased out (Ricardo) and ensuring the correct information is held on SAP.

Working with Subject Matter Experts you will identify data discrepancies, map data holding systems, clear any differences between the two systems, formulate new ways of working and formalise these for the team to move forward. You will be managing two data administrators to assist with this process.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • First class data analysis skills.
  • Strong Excel user.
  • Experience of SAP or Ricardo a plus.
  • Knowledge of customs bonded warehousing would be useful but not vital.
  • Able to manage and drive a team.
  • Articulate and a great communicator.
  • Immediately available.
