Leading information technology provider for the corporate world.

What you'll be doing each day:

As Client Account Manager, you are essential to the smooth-running of high volume business and that we meet customer expectations with first class Customer Service.

  • To close off new business contracted by your partnered Account Directors across EMEA to support the team & company sales targets
  • Support Account Directors with 5* customer service and support with effective, timely, and service oriented communication
  • Onboard customers to e-commerce platforms
  • Chase orders and lead times from our internal or external support functions
  • Answer customer enquiries in a timely manner
  • Continuously up sell products/services around the core customer needs
  • Present the company's capability to customers
  • Process quotes
  • Coordinate & raise bids
  • Register new accounts
  • Deal registration
  • Process returns
  • Monitor order progress daily and communicate status to the customer within SLA
  • Building and maintaining positive relations with our partners (Tier 1 & 2 IT Vendors)
  • Attend all training to stay on top of the relevant technologies and meet standards for Tier 1 Vendor accreditations
  • Promoting use of aged stock to Customer and Internal Order Processing Teams

The skills you'll need to succeed:

  • Fluent in German
  • Experience in the IT Re-seller industry is preferred but not essential
  • First class customer service skills
  • Account management experience
