Who You'll Be Working for:

Our client is a leading luxury goods company.

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

  • Execute content updates across all multi-lingual websites and intranet
  • Take a proactive role in ensuring that the Digital Portfolio (websites, Intranet, Asset Library, POS, Franchise Partner Websites, Brand Map accounts) are up to date and error free
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to extract content for all platforms and prepare briefs for copywriters and external agencies
  • Support day to day management of Performance marketing operations (SEO, Social ads, etc)
  • Distribute and share website enquiries in a timely manner and cross-check against confirmed sales
  • Be the Head Office point of contact for the Asia marketing team, recording their requirements and coordinate delivery of their marketing needs via the internal creative team and digital agency
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow online brand awareness in Asia
  • Manage global store mailing lists, ensuring sales teams are actively involved in maintaining and cleansing client data in advance of a bi-annual magazine mailing
  • Finalise and manage mail merge of global magazine mailing lists
  • Conduct a monthly review of competitor digital activity and identify new technical innovations for consideration
  • Ensure that any ad hoc reports briefed by the Head of Digital are produced in a timely and accurate manner
  • Distribute and share the website enquiries upon receipt and cross-check monthly website enquires against confirmed sales

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Native-level Japanese, Korean, Mandarin or Cantonese and writer.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and organised
  • Proficient in Google Analytics
  • Ideally with experience in a similar luxury-focused role
  • Experience managing mail merges
  • Paid Social experience
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics

Job status: Permanent

Start date: ASAP

Working hours: 9-6
