Working hours: 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday
Who You'll Be Working for:
Well established and highly successful wine business.
What You'll be Doing Each Day:
·Drive data quality improvements through accurate capture and data cleansing
·Data Protection expert / Data Controller for UK, HK and SG
·Customer record management
·Party record maintenance from third party interfaces including on the Company’s website
·Control and oversight of Party Records in Microsoft AX.
·Create and monitor key database logs to ensure the accuracy of key fields on both the Customer and Supplier tables; taking corrective action when errors and bad data appears and investigating the initial cause.
·Validate and perform updates to existing records as required by the customers and suppliers – ensuring requests are made in accordance with data protection laws
·Compile and issue simple statistical reports – some standard monthly, some on request.
·Interrogate the system for delinquent records in accordance with company policy and data protection law and recommend them for inactivation / deletion from all applications and third parties.
·Create Wine Product codes (full training will be provided).
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
·Intermediate knowledge and / or an enthusiasm for wine would be an advantage.
·Microsoft AX CRM experience desirable but not essential
·Proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
·Experience of working with confidential data with knowledge and understanding of data protection legislation, ensuring the company's compliance and best practice
·Strong organisation and validation skills
·High level of accuracy and attention to detail
·Effective verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external clients
·Strong analytical skills with a reasonable level of report writing capabilities
·Ability to work independently
