Your New Job Title:        JAPANESE spkg Sales Assistant

The Skills you'll need each day:      
Creating quotations, Invoice, Excel, Sales report, data input, administration, Japanese

Who you'll be working for:
Mainly to assist Sales department by creating ICT related quotes based on sales requests, other clerical work based on requests such as data input, entering data into the reporting system, managing documentation and control of Sales Department sales result.

What you'll be doing each day:
•Proactively assist mainly Sales teams by creating ICT quotations including Sales and Profit control
•Sales support delivered on time by closely working with related teams and Group Companies incl SI management support
•Creating quotations for SI, NW and DC
•Providing reports regularly and on request of the line manager and Director
•Following all Company's policies and procedures
•Obtaining cost from the purchase group and ability to work on this task together with other team members
•Managing recharge, invoice request check, SQ number registration and PO on regular basis
•Arrange IR (Invoice request) and Invoice request check
•Providing other departments with ideas for developing our service
•Keeping good communication with other depts, facilitate sales support and SI promotions proactively
•Managing and filing sales related documentation including contracts.
•Regularly attending team meetings
•In order to meet deadlines some overtime may be required
•Ad hoc requests from the line manager
•Direct connection with customers, if it is required under supervision of Line manager and Director.

The skills you need to succeed:
• Fluent Japanese and English speaker
• Familiarity with WAN and LAN related equipment
• Knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Outlook
• Reliable time keeping and attendance
• Cheerful, outgoing and positive disposition
• Proven customer service experience
• Strong work ethic
• Strong time management/multi-tasking & organisational skills
• Accurate, organised and eye for detail

Working hours: 09:00-17:30
