Location: Middlesex area
The Purpose of your new role:
·Responsible for the delivery of packaging for a number of large multi-national blue chip customers together with localised (individual country) marketing promotions.
·Closely manage external repro facilities, for both packaging and POP, and will provide expert advice and technical support on colour management and print activity.
·As well as technical expertise, this role also requires a strong creative flair and eye for creativity, giving input to design, briefing, creative review processes & creating adaptation artworks when needed.
·Stakeholder management across a matrix organization is essential within the role; and a structured, methodical and professional approach to managing the graphics and promotional change cycles processes is key.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
·Previous experience of Management in a packaging graphics/repro/studio environment
·Great stakeholder management skills
·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead internal and external meetings as required
·Solid experience of working with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Acrobat Microsoft Office & Teams
·Fully Mac literate including good working knowledge of OSX
·Thorough knowledge of managing artwork and reprographics processes end-to-end for packaging & POP
·Solid knowledge of print processes, colour management and production techniques
·Experience & solid knowledge of flexographic, lithographic and digital printing processes
·Experience in artwork origination for packaging, including origination from scratch, manipulation of existing designs, basic colour retouching, though to checking and proof reading
·Degree in graphics, print or design related subjects or relevant business experience
·Travel is required in this role

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
