The Skills you'll need each day:  Data entry, order process and administration skills

What you'll be doing each day:

·Apply for new product codes
·Maintain product details in system
·Label development or artworks update for new products
·Monitoring of labels/cartons stocks level in the system
·Processing sales orders
·Liaise with technical team, import-export function, suppliers and customers
·Handle customers enquiries related to orders, products and deliveries
·General sales and marketing support
·General admin support

The skills you need to succeed:

·Good command of English & understanding of Chinese, spoken and written
·Ability to work cross-culturally
·Computer literacy
·Attention to details and ability to multi-tasking
·Team player, proactive and result driven
·Excellent technical, interpersonal and communication skills
·Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
