THE ROLE
We have structured in-house training which covers interviewing techniques, recruitment legislation and other aspects of recruitment. Within the first few weeks, you will be interviewing candidates and speaking to clients and after a few months, you will be visiting clients as a representative of People First.
One of the most important aspects of the role is team working. You will be working within a team, but also communicating with members of the other teams. At People First, we work towards team bonuses and the atmosphere is supportive and friendly. The role is very varied and challenging and at any one time you will be handling a number of different vacancies, all at a different stage of the recruitment process. You will be given guidance and support, but will also have a lot of autonomy, with responsibility for managing and expanding your own candidate and client base.
THE PERSON
We look for graduate-calibre, capable individuals with previous commercial experience, who will show a demonstrable interest in pursuing a career in recruitment. You should be motivated, a team player and be able to multi-task.
