People First TEAM JAPAN Key Consultants

Rie at People First TEAM JAPAN

Rie joined People First in 2005, initially working with colleagues at People First Team Japan to assist Japanese speakers to further their careers in the UK.  Having gained an in-depth understanding of a variety of roles and industry sectors, Rie now focuses on cross border recruitment assignments.  Rie has an empathetic approach, so is ideally suited to her role, matching the international career aspirations of her candidates to her clients’ needs. Recruiting at senior level, Rie enjoys working collaboratively with Faro Recruitment’s partner companies across the globe, to help both candidates and clients alike.

With a background in cross-border recruitment, it’s unsurprising that Rie has forged an international partnership of her own! In 2007, Rie married her husband, from Croatia and they have a young daughter who takes up most of Rie’s “free” time! Rie is also a keen cook: Her roast lamb and cheesecake are delicious and she even makes her own pizza dough!

Yumi at People First TEAM JAPAN

Yumi has worked for People First since 2003. During that time, Yumi has assisted People First’s business in a variety of ways. She has worked on cross-border recruitment; she has also assisted with People First’s promotional activities, including the People First website; currently she offers vital support to her colleague consultants, in particular to her Japanese colleagues in Team Japan.

She also used to organise club nights, but has less time available for that, now that she has a lively family to take care of. Yumi looks forward to spending quality time with her husband, Daniel Senior, son, Daniel Junior and young toddler, Diego.
