Naoko isn’t just keen on golfing: She’s crazy about golfing! She has a handicap of 11 and spends almost all her free time on the course, come rain or shine. In fact, she recently moved house so that she could be even closer to the golf course! |

Yumi has worked here for over 5 years and is responsible for cross-border recruitment. Together with our partner company in Japan, Yumi assists candidates who are looking for work in Japan, as well as assisting our clients in the UK to source Japanese speakers from Japan. Previously she organised international educational exchanges for Japanese students, where she gained the bi-cultural background essential for her current role. Yumi is fully bilingual with an understanding of both the UK and Japanese job markets and is keen to help her candidates achieve their ideal job by promoting their international experience in the most effective way possible. |

Out of hours Yumi Yumi is very artistic and is a “VJ” in her spare time. For those of you who haven’t heard that term before, a VJ is a Visual Jockey, who puts together images to complement music tracks. She also used to organise club nights, but she doesn’t have as many free evenings these days because she now has 3 men in her life! Yumi looks forward to getting home from work, to spend some quality time with her husband, Daniel Senior, toddler, Daniel Junior and the most recent addition to the family, Baby Diego! |

Toshiko at STAFF SERVICE People First Toshiko has a degree in Management and Industrial Counselling and, before moving to the UK in 2006, worked for over 10 years in a manufacturing sales environment. After arriving in the UK, she worked in a number of short-term assignments in the north of England before registering at People First … the rest, as they say, is history! Toshiko’s decision to move into recruitment derives from a genuine desire to understand what motivates her candidates and to ensure that they are placed in roles that benefit both the candidates and clients alike! |
