Out of hours Katherine Katherine enjoys thrills and spills. Not only has she been ice climbing on a glacier in New Zealand, but she has also rafted down an 8 metre high waterfall. She cites watching TV as a genuine hobby, but also likes to spend time improving her cooking, which, according to her friends and family, needs all the improvement it can get!
