GERMAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - HOT JOB!
1005-23   Customer Services/Call Centre

Permanent      London      £17.4k, £17.8k after probation + benefits

Yours is a front line role with direct customer contact ensuring that all customers receive a consistent response and an excellent standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound telephone calls from customers. Place orders, handle queries, resolve issues or complaints and update systems accordingly.
  • Respond to customer emails.
  • Make outbound calls to resolve customer issues.
  • Take action on various exception reports generated by the order process to ensure a smooth customer shopping experience.
  • Perform a variety of administration tasks to support customer service activity such as dealing with returned mail, sending catalogues to first time enquirers and any other reasonable request from a manager.
  • Work within the key targets set by the Contact Centre Team Manager.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of front line customer service.
  • An understanding of what makes excellent customer service and a desire to deliver it.
  • Good communication skills, excellent written and spoken English.
  • PC literate with good keyboard and internet skills.
  • Must be happy to work in a rota and able to work weekends and/or evenings.
