At People First we believe strongly in rewarding performance.  Our reward system is both popular and fun:  Consultants can win vouchers if they achieve high monthly sales volumes and if the company hits its quarterly targets, all employees receive a stress-busting massage.  If we achieve our monthly company targets, we celebrate in style with a glass of champagne and, of course, we always have a good supply of cakes and chocolate in the office!
