People First was founded in 1997 with the aim of providing a portfolio of recruitment services to a largely international client base. Its two founding directors - Kate Ferguson and Katie Bevan remain hands on in the business. Operating from our UK offices in the City of London People First specialises within several niche areas whilst also offering a bespoke cross border service through partnering with an established network of international recruiters.
