People First was founded in 1997 with the aim of providing a portfolio of recruitment services to a largely international client base. Its two founding directors - Kate Ferguson and Katie Bevan remain hands on in the business. Operating from our UK offices in the City of London and Staines, People First specialises within several niche areas whilst also offering a bespoke cross border service through partnering with an established network of international recruiters.

People First is a multi-sector recruitment provider with four speciality teams: People First Supply Chain, People First Multilingual, People First Office Support and People First Team Japan.  Since 1997, we have built up an enviable reputation within the UK and cross border into Europe, Africa and Asia.
